Normalized expected input
Matching uses exact SKU, or normalized product text if a SKU is unavailable. Different SKUs are never matched by product text. Duplicate identities, conflicting descriptions, missing quantities, and incompatible units require review. Missing units do not imply a unit conversion. Match percentage measures matched expected rows; unexpected items still make the overall result require review.
